Kind staff but very under staffed. Went 2:30 am for suspected appendicitis that may rupture, its currently 4:30 waiting to take blood tests just to start the process

I moved to France when I was 7 months pregnant. This hospital accepted me and did my extensive tests and exams to make sure everything was alright. My previous reports from other country were taken in consideration and studied as well. I spoke English and was hesitant initially about how staff here will be but to my surprise 95% staff spoke very good English and were super efficient and kind. The sage femmes were very very caring and sweet. The anaesthesiologist during prenatal and delivery for my epidural were very considerate. They let your spouse stay with you in hospital as well that was a relief. After one month of my delivery I got mastitis and the emergency doctors managed it very well. I myself am a doctor from Pakistan and was super anxious initially but my all concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. I highly recommend this hospital especially their maternity services.

The Worst hospital in the world. We DONT FIND WORDS TO EXPRESS our Anger!!!! We never forgot what happened on 26.12.24!!! We crying every day!!!!!!

Thank you for everything. My son had to pass a gastro endoscopic exam. Every single person at the hospital was kind and patient. From the person at the admissions desk to the nurses , doctors and the cleaning lady. I havebeen to many hosin my life, all over the world, and have never bern to one where every single person was so kind. Thank you, really, we were truly touched by your care.

Hospital actually saved my life and me from death which i will always keep in my heart and never ever forget Staff resqued me Thanks to all the staff and doctors from Shihan Sensei Marius the Ninja 6th Dan RSA The only complaint is some nightshift nursing staffs attitudes of ignorance at times which causes problems But ok i guess all have problems of their own Otherwise in my opinion one of the best hospitals ever with superb food I would give it a 10 Stars if i could for unbeatable services 👍👈👍😁💙♥️🤍

For the emergencies never go to this hospital, I really had a bad experience. I took my friend who was suffering from Covid, we got there at 10am and some nurses came in and checked her very quickly and they took her somewhere inside and told me to wait until they’ll call my name , I spent 2 hours I went to the reception and ask them about the doctor and they said “the doctor is not here yet you have to wait” I’ve waited 1 more hour and my friend sent me message “im thirsty can you get me some water plz?” And again I went to the reception asked them to pass the water to my friend, but they refused to pass it and showed me the attitude saying “ you cannot do that the patient can’t have anything before seeing the doctor” I told them , it’s been 3 hours when will the come? It’s been 3 hours they said “ you have to wait 2 more hours, I kept calm and waited for 2 more hours but still there was no doctor, my friend was having trouble in where she was waiting, and I felt hopeless and I asked them to bring her out I’m gonna take her to another hospital, and they immediately without explaining anything opened the door such careless. I took her out and went to another hospital. The staff were chilling in smoke doesn’t care anything about the patients the receptionist were rude and don’t try hear anything we say instead they were using cellphones, I recommend you not to visit this hospital totally I spent 7 hours still there was no doctor to see the patient 🤬🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I took my 8month old daughter to the child emergency and even though they checked her quite fast the nurses at the reception were pathetic, rude and in a hurry to shoo us out of the check up room. A nurse asked me to hurry up and leave as i was trying to put a diaper on my daughter. My daughter got scared of the nurses loud voice and started crying so i having a hard time putting onher diaper. The nurse then came in open the exit door and gestured with her hands to leave while sayisaying get out. I had to get out whith my daughter and she endep up peeing on me.A total nightmare.

Staff are careless, lazy, useless and greedy. They fixed an appointment for us which happened to fall on the day they wanted to strike for "more salary" and they didn't even bother to inform us that the appointment was canceled. If you have such poor ethics in your establishment, then you don't deserve a higher salary.
