Fantastic place for finding a car for a decent price. Best second hand car dealers, they are friendly, attentive and very helpful. The cars are in very good shape and taken car of. The sale went fast and smooth. Make sure you speak some french. But they have some English speakers. The choice is great and they also have bmw and Porsche. Make sure to check their website which was recently improved. You can also sell them your old vehicle and leave with money in cash. Staff is helpful. Place is big. You have toilets which are clean and a coffee tea Maschine and a vending machine.

I must start with the start, The day I got the car, they made me wait 7 hours made me sign papers and since I was coming with my car, they prepared my car and take it away, leaving in the condition of being force into buying. The other issue was, the seller did not communicate with me just gave me papers and told me just to sign. Me as a foreign, I just trusted him, because car sellers in Denmark go through rigorous check for fraud. I waited from 11 am until 17:00 when they let me try the car, which I already signed for. I went and tried the car around the corner, and already noticed knocking on the front of the car, and the tire sensors where not working. So, I went back 3 minutes later and told that the guy. I could see he could understand what I was saying since he wrote it down. He told me, that they will get it fixed. And then the waiting started again. I came all the way from Lille(260km) for this. And they treat me like this. Then, at 20:06 after almost everyone was gone, I get the keys, and that was it… And then they closed the doors… this is not a sale, firstly, I came with a 2020 BMW i3S with a value of 35000€ which they only gave me 21000€ for. And on top of that, they sell me a broken car, yes, they put new brakes and other repairs, but it was still a broken car. On the way home the car started give me warning signs, similar to the ones you see on the picture attached, and contacted the seller right away that night. A week later and after driving 500 km, the car started asking for oil and blowing black smoke. And yes, I wrote several emails since October, I even called several times but they just kept me on hold until I just gave up. Yes, I have saved all the emails, images etc and bills of all the oil and things. I did not hear from the seller until I complained on Google maps and gave them a one star rating. I had to use the car there was no way around it, I had a remote job in Denmark I had to attend the monthly meeting, I went in good time a Thursday to Denmark and on the way after putting petrol the car will not start. So I have to contact someone to help me, a mechanic came and could not figure out what was wrong and since it was late no one else could help. So I slept in the car and waited for Friday morning, I had my meeting at 12 and I was already late. A mechanic came and checked everything told me that the engine was failing that I should get it checked. I told him that I had to drive to Denmark, he told me it could break again. So I called work that I couldn’t not come and they gave me a warning. So I drove back and the car didn’t do any problems, but then I got fired because I did not came, so I drove to Denmark, and this time with no problems, and this time I had to deliver the computer, phone and other materials, painting etc, I could not aboard an airplane to do it. So, but on that trip, I had to put oil every 400 km. the manual says you need to put every 1800-2000 km per litre of oil. I tried not to use the car again and I was waiting for alvergnas response all the time which it seemed the whole thing was done on purpose and they do it to many customers as I can see on the google reviews. Now, they had the car longer at their mechanic than I have had it at home.

Given the many positive feedback from fellow anglophones I tried to contact the company to arrange to buy a car before my arrival in France. I tried contacting them using their own contact box in their website and also message them from the Lebocoin website as well explaining my situation but I have received zero feedback. It's very disappointing!
