We purchased a thalasseo pack with accommodation. The staff at the spa are very welcoming, friendly and the massages are excellent. The room is super clean. I give a 2-stars review only because of the Aquagym and AquaBike. We were in the pool when it started, so we attended it, as the teacher did not announce anything about registration. At the end, she ran after us to tell us we had to register to attend. The hotel charged us for the 2 activities.

Although all the room have no air conditioner but it was a pleasant stay in this place. In room there is a mini kitchen, a sofa bed and balcony. Wifi not to strong, breakfast not american style but more likely french style. Range 500m from the hotel you will find cafes, restaurants and also minimarket. Not 24hrs receptionist service but all the staff are very helpful and nice. What an excellent service from them.

Very nice, modern spa hotel with good sized rooms that are well equipped like a mini apartment, with kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, dishwasher. It is reasonably priced for what you get and being a resident gives a discount for using the thermal spa facilities. I particularly enjoyed the hammam.

Deçu we booked the hotel before looking into the details and thought there was a pool or could participate in relaxing but the girl didn’t explain anything to us. Disappointed the next day when we saw an older couple get a full tour and explanation of the hotel. we wanted to take a coffee at the restaurant but it was closed. Parking is extra. The bathtub didn’t have a plug so had to ask. As a younger individual I think all people should be treated not just if we look like we have money. Had a similar treatment in a restaurant in riom and don’t recommend stopping.

Comfortable hotel with very nice spa and a lot of choices of water treatments. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The parking of hotel is great and free of charge

Curiste , j’ai vraiment apprécié les soins prodigués par le personnel soignant, très professionnel, agréable et proche de l’humain. Merci pour cette formidable équipe. Un petit bémol, sur le plan administratif, l’organisation serait réellement à revoir, on ne tient absolument pas compte de vos disponibilités. La première visite médicale pour la prescription des soins se fait le deuxième ou le troisième jour après le début de cure, donc au petit bonheur la chance on vous planifie des soins qui ne sont peut être pas justifiés, les plannings sont établis sans vous concerter et les horaires de la même manière. C’est très regrettable et dommageable souvent pour le curiste. Je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre de ce manque d’intérêt du public.
